NEW CLIENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for filling out the new client intake form. You will be asked to give a credit card number to reserve your appointment time. There are no charges applied to the card, unless you re-schedule or cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, or do not show up for your appointment.

POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or re-schedule.
Canceling appointments less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged a $35 fee that is applied to the credit card number used to reserve the appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Please arrive to appointments on time! If you are running late, PLEASE call to inform us of when you think you will be arriving. Please understand that if you are running late, there may be an appointment for another client immediately following your appointment time. Your service time could be cut short, but we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to re-schedule your appointment.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact us, we reserve the right to refuse re-booking your service at a future date.
PAYMENT:
Skin and Body Balance accepts cash, check, debit, and credit cards.
All credit cards are accepted!
